St John Ambulance will deliver a two-day First Aid course on Mental Health next year.
The course aims to give a comprehensive understanding of what mental health is and what factors can affect well-being.
It teaches practical skills to spot the signs of a mental health issues, and gives people the confidence to step in and offer support.
