Bus Vannin says passengers travelling south may need to wait at a different stop this week.
It says work's being done at the Lord Street stand to improve accessibility.
The work will take until Thursday, April 9, to complete.
It says buses that would normally stop at Stand C, serving routes to the airport, Port Erin and Port St Mary, will now stop at Stand E.
