The police say not to worry if you notice more armed officers in the north of the Island over the next two days.
It's part of a routine training exercise for the firearms unit.
Officers say there'll be an increased police presence, including more cars on the road with lights flashing.
They stress it's all planned, and nothing to do with an incident.
