The Department of Health and Social Care says it doesn't have any dealings with a controversial software company.
A Freedom of Information request asked whether the department was sharing any data with Palantir.
The company has faced protests in the US over its involvement with the ICE immigration agency and intelligence services.
In its response, the department said to the best of its knowledge it doesn't directly or indirectly use Palantir - but suggested the requester contact Manx Care for more information.
