Viking races will finally get underway in Peel today - after a six-week delay.
The World Championship Viking Longboat Races were due to be held in Peel Bay in mid-July, but had to be postponed because of bad weather.
Organisers will be hoping for better conditions this morning, with action in the bay due to start at 11am.
East Quay will shut from Crown Street to Victoria Road and Victoria Road will be closed from East Quay to Crown Street from 10.30am until 5.30pm
