Advocates will be getting a pay rise under new regulations to be laid before Tynwald in June.
The Advocates' Fees Committee meets every two years and sets the maximum fees legal representatives can charge.
Currently, those with less than five years experience can charge up to £100 an hour, with senior advocates charging up to £110.
Those rates are due to rise to £125 and £150 per hour respectively.
