A yellow weather warning remains in place today for coastal overtopping.
Ronaldsway Met Office issued the warning for high tides until 1.45pm today (Wednesday, October 28).
It says winds and rough seas will combine to bring waves washing over roads at high tides.
Worst-affected areas will be promenades in Douglas, Castletown, Laxey and Ramsey, as well as Shore Road in Rushen and Fenella Beach in Peel.
