A group of rowers and sea kayakers will be taking on a 24 hour kayak marathon for charity this week.
On Friday, November 14 they'll be aiming to paddle throughout the night to raise money for Isle Stand Up To Suicide.
Organisers say they'll face sore muscles, blisters, and unpredictable weather conditions.
