Sam hoping X Factor app fixed for Island fans

Manx X Factor contestant Sam Black is hoping the TV show's mobile app has been fixed to allow the Isle of Man to vote this week.

Last week, he spoke out after country restrictions meant many people on the Island couldn't download the app and vote for him on their phones.

Problems with the service also led to many complaining they couldn't register their vote for the plasterer from Douglas.

Despite the problems, he made it through the live shows round of the contest last week and says he's looking forward to this week's appearance.
