A Douglas company's unveiled its plans for the former Post Office building on Regent Street.
In a planning application, Thompson Holdings Ltd of Glencrutchery Road says it wants to create an upmarket café and takeaway.
The Crown Post Office closed in 2016 and was sold to Northern Irish investor James Thompson for just over a million pounds.
The plans show the building would include a mezzanine restaurant and private dining area featuring a vault door.
