The reduced VAT rate for hospitality businesses has been extended.
The 5% rate had been due to be expire on March 31 but will now remain in place until September 30.
Meanwhile, government has also confirmed there will be no increase to the duty rate on alcohol, tobacco products or fuel.
The move is in line with the Island's Customs and Excise Agreement with the UK and is aimed at continuing to support the Manx hospitality sector.
