The digital marketing of the Island's railways urgently needs to be addressed.
That's according to the recommendations made in the Systra report, following a review of the service.
It says the current website compares 'very poorly' to those of many other heritage railways which go beyond providing information, and instead actively market their services.
Another recurring theme that was found by the review is that there's a lack of coordination and engagement between tourist organisations on the Island.
It says greater knowledge sharing between organisations should lead to a stronger, more appealing tourism offer.
