Post Office chair Stuart Peters says staff at the organisation are constantly talking to businesses on the Island.
This week in the House of Keys he faced questions from Douglas North MHK David Ashford about rising postal costs and what talks had been held with companies about them.
Mr Peters said the Post Office's commercial team talked to businesses all the time.
And he added although he doesn't see specific comments, he's aware of people's views:
LegCo to face questions in this morning's sitting
Passport prices to rise
House of Keys to sit for final time before election
Island cyclist to ride in Tour De France
Police appeal over promenade street brawl
Well-known farm in the west up for sale
