Popular teen hangout ‘Cafe Laare’ is looking at the prospect of closure.
The facility adjacent to the bus station was set up in 2010, designed to offer young people something to do of an evening.
It has since proved very popular.
The building is leased by the Department of Community, Culture and Leisure, it is thought they now want to resume use of the premises.
If they move ahead with plans the building could be utilised once again as a public travel shop.
The DCCL say as yet nothing has been definitively decided upon.
