The Constabulary say during a very busy 24 hours helping vulnerable people in poor weather conditions, they currently have a drink driver in the cells to deal with.
However they insist their operation - red Christmas IOM will catch all of offenders.
The police also say if you're an offender and breaking the law if you go onto closed roads and if caught may be prosecuted.
