Police confirm one death after serious incident in Ramsey

Police say an investigation is underway and one person has been arrested after a death in Ramsey.

Officers were called to Close Drean shortly after 3.30pm, and say somebody died during a serious incident despite the best efforts of the emergency services and members of the public.

In a statement, they say a local person has been arrested and add they believe it to be an isolated incident with no further risk to the general public.
