Police appeal after suspicious man reported to have shotgun

A male in his early 50s with grey hair, dark clothing and a backpack was seen holding the possible firearm. 

 

It's said to have happened at 8am this morning around the area of Bridge Road.

 

Although no one was harmed or threatened - armed officers were deployed as a precaution to assist in the search.
