Offices in Douglas could become tourist accommodation under new proposals.
Ian and Karolina Davison of Peel have applied for permission to convert the four-storey terrace building on Kingswood Grove.
In their application they say they want to turn the building into four high-quality short-term tourist accommodation units.
And they add the work wouldn't involve changing the look of the block, which sits in a conservation area.
