The former Marine Biological Centre in Port Erin is victim to government ministers not being interested in issues brought forward by members outside of CoMin.
That's according to Onchan MHK Peter Karran who's sent a letter to the Economic Development Minister in support of its re-development.
In August last year proposals to turn the site into a Marine Interpretation Centre were blocked by the planning inspector and the Council of Ministers.
