Emergency Services were called out to a chip pan fire last night.
Just after 6.30pm firefighters were called to a house on Greeba Drive in Onchan.
When crews arrived the fire was already out, they checked for hot spots and ventilated the smoke-logged property.
A person inside the home was given oxygen for smoke inhalation, before being checked over by paramedics.
