One of the Island's best-known landmarks will be getting a £70,000 makeover later this month.
Peel Castle saw some renovation work finished earlier this year, but will now get a second phase of improvements.
Specialist contractors will repair and protect the barbican wall at the fortification's entrance.
Work is due to get underway from Monday, September 28.
