Oliver John Lockwood of Main Road in Onchan appeared before Deputy High Bailiff Rachael Braidwood this week.
He hasn't yet entered pleas to harassment and using threatening, abusive, or insulting words or behaviour.
Mr Lockwood was bailed to appear in court again on Tuesday, October 6.
