The Department of Infrastructure says a footbridge in Peel won't now open until next week.
In an update, the department says the Peel Harbour Footbridge work has been delayed by unexpected issues when working on its mechanical elements.
The work had been due to finish today.
However, the DOI says now it's hoping to reopen the bridge later next week.
