A local organisation is appealing for help in knitting blankets for Ukraine this winter.
Café Lingo says there's an urgent need for single knitted blankets in the region, and has issued advice on how you can help.
Blankets should be approximately 6 feet by 4 feet, and if unable to make a whole blanket, you can knit a 12 inch by 12 inch square.
Drop off points include Douglas Promenade Methodist Church and Davison's in Peel.
