The new Manx Breast Unit is holding an open day to thank the public for their generosity.
The unit, which is located up at Nobles Hospital is now fully operational - and has a state of the art clinic space for breast screening and outpatient care.
Fundraising by the Manx Breast Cancer Support Group has raised £1.7 million for the building and equipment needed - Chair of the group Julie Stokes says 'although they led the charge - it's all thanks to the kindness and generosity of the Manx public'.
The open day will be on Thursday 7th from 4.30pm - 7.30pm and people will have the opportunity to tour the unit.
