A bank which closed last year in Ramsey could find a new lease of life as offices.
Exceed Business Services has applied to change the use of the unit on St Paul's Square.
The HSBC branch which used to occupy it closed in March last year.
In its application, the company says it hopes to use the unit as an office for an outsourced payroll and human resources company.
