Manx Care says it doesn't know how many HIV and AIDS cases have been found on the Island in the last five years.
3FM submitted a Freedom of Information request to the body which runs the Island's healthcare system asking how many cases had been diagnosed each year since 2019.
But Manx Care says it doesn't have that information.
It says the data may be held individually by the Island's GP practises.
