The Safeguarding Children Board won't be subject to Freedom of Information laws.
That's according to Policy and Reform Minister Chris Thomas who says there is no plan in place to expand FOI rules.
Rushen MHK Juan Watterson, who posed the question for written answer in Tynwald, says it's disappointing news and a ''sub-optimal solution''.
