The finalists have been announced for this year's Customer Service Champion Awards.
The Douglas City Centre Management initiative is in its eighth year, and lets the public vote for who they think gives outstanding service.
There are nine finalists who have been nominated by their store managers, and the winner will receive a trophy and £200 voucher to use in a city centre business of their choice.
To vote you can visit the Douglas City Centre Management Facebook page and like the photo of your favourite - voting is open from March 18 until 9am on March 22.
