Ronaldsway Met Office says gale force winds will wash water and debris onto exposed roads overnight.
Forecasters say winds are expected to peak between 1am and 4am, continuing the stormy conditions around the Island over the last week.
The strong to gale force south-easterly winds could bring some coastal overtopping at high tide just before 2am.
Areas particularly at risk include Ramsey, Laxey and Douglas Promenades - the advice is not to park close to the sea if possible.
