A teenager's been re-sentenced for stealing more than £200 of designer clothing from a Douglas shop after he repeatedly breached a community service order.
18 year old Jake Mortimer of Church Town in Ramsey appeared before Deputy High Bailiff Jayne Hughes this week when he admitted the breaches in January and February.
The court heard he'd failed to turn up for appointments and weekend work groups - he'd been ordered to do 40 hours unpaid work after stealing the items last September.
Mrs Hughes discharged the order and fined Mortimer £300 for the original offence, also ordering him to pay £50 costs.
