A new reservoir in the north of the Island is expected to be completed by early October.
Manx Utilities says that Jurby Service Reservoir has made progress in its construction and the project is on budget.
The organisation says it will provide firefighting water storage for the Islands fire and rescue service.
It adds that the final landscaping is needed before the site is handed over to the authority.
