New breast unit is 'blueprint' for health developments

The new Breast Unit at Noble's Hospital is the blueprint for health service development:

£1.7 million of donations and private sector cash funded the facility - it's now open to the public.

The Department of Health and Social Care overspent by £10 million at Noble's Hospital in the last financial year.

We asked chair of the Manx Breast Cancer Support Group Julie Stokes whether or not this type of funding will catalyse change in healthcare:
