Manx Care is introducing a new antenatal self-referral system for those who are pregnant.
It means people can refer themselves for their antenatal care instead of going to their GP.
This system is expected to free up more than 600 GP and community Midwife appointments per year.
It will come into effect from January 2, with the self-referral form available on the Manx Care maternity website.
