An office over a former wine bar in Douglas could soon host music lessons under new plans.
Mannin Music, which has a shop in Peel, has applied for planning permission to convert offices over the former Bar George on Hill Street in the capital.
In its application it says it would host music lessons and rehearsals at the venue, with around 200 students expected each week.
And it says it would equip the facility with drapes and acoustic panels to cut down on any noise.
