This morning's seen a dusting of snow on the Mountain Road, which is expected to remain shut until midday on Monday, January 5.
On Facebook, the Department of Infrastructure says it follows a further safety review.
It's currently closed from Ramsey to the Creg-Ny-Baa because of the snowy conditions.
Meanwhile a yellow weather warning for snow and ice is in place across the Island until 12pm today, Friday January 2.
