Mount Murray site sold to Island-based Comis Holdings

Mount Murray Hotel and Country Club has been sold to a new Island company.

Comis Holdings plans to deliver a 'world-class' hotel and leisure facility known as 'COMIS at Mount Murray'.

The company was registered specifically for the purpose of buying and developing the site.

The deal was finalised yesterday with refurbishment works set to begin in weeks.

The golf club will remain open and there are also plans to re-open the restaurant as soon as possible.
