A consultation has launched aimed at addressing current housing challenges facing essential workers on the Island.
Workers in sectors such as health and care, education and childcare, emergency services, and prison and probation currently face difficulties securing long-term accommodation.
The recent Isle of Man Population Report 2023 noted that 35% of new residents leave the Island within five years.
