Plans for a new housing estate won't be released by the Department of Infrastructure because the project's still in its early stages.
In the House of Keys this week Minister Tim Crookall was asked by Arbory, Castletown and Malew MHK Jason Moorhouse about the Crossag Farm development in Ballasalla.
Mr Crookall said his department had met the Department of Education, Sport and Culture, which hopes to build a new school there.
But he denied the development is going backwards:
