That's the question Health Minister Lawrie Hooper faced in the House of Keys this week from Onchan MHK Julie Edge.
Mr Hooper said Manx Care had one substantive director.
But when Mrs Edge asked if there's also an interim director, Mr Hooper said he wouldn't discuss individuals:
