Douglas South MHK Kate Beecroft asked Ray Harmer who the site was sold to and for how much.
The Infrastructure Minister announced it had been sold to Middlemarch Ltd. for £3.96 million.
Middlemarch Ltd is a subsidiary to Auldyn Properties Ltd.
