More detailed plans for the proposed mixed-use development in the area of Walpole Avenue and Lord Street have been published.
The Middlemarch development is set to include a casino, offices, residential apartments and car parking.
Applicants say there's also opportunity for a communal roof terrace garden for residents of the building.
They add that they'll be 'considerate' to the local architectural style, including future developments.
