Ramsey MHK Lawrie Hooper will quiz a minister about planning policy in the town when Tynwald sits this morning.
He'll ask Cabinet Office Minister David Ashford about how planning will be streamlined to help regenerate the town centre.
Mr Hooper will also ask what the government's done to make sure there's available land for development in future and if Mr Ashford will make a statement.
The court is due to sit from 10am in Legislative Buildings in Douglas.
