South Douglas MHK Kate Beecroft doesn't think so after it emerged yesterday that a loan agreement between government and the Sefton Group was unlawful.

John Shimmin offered to resign after legal advice showed that direct loans made in 2012 and 2013 were likely to be found 'beyond powers' legally.
