MHK says government sea service 'errors can't continue'

Government mistakes have been 'rife' in sea services - so what's it doing to bring about more sustainable solutions?

That's the question being put to the Infrastructure Minister in the House of Keys next week by an Onchan MHK who says our over-reliance on others is puzzling:

He says senior government figures need a change in attitude to tackle imminent issues affecting the Island 'lifeline':
