The new Eastern Area Plan is an opportunity to provide the right opportunities for development of housing, industry, healthcare and education.
That's the message from the Policy and Reform Minister Chris Thomas who was quizzed on how he plans to incorporate the findings from the 2016 Census into the new look plan:
