The Island's education minister is to face questions about plans to increase teachers' pay.
Arbory, Castletown and Malew MHK Jason Moorhouse will ask Graham Cregeen about the issue in Tynwald this week.
It's after the NASUWT union released a statement claiming Manx staff have been hardest hit by pay cuts.
The body also claimed more than half of staff members were unhappy with their current pay.
