Mental health waiting times increase

Waiting times to see mental health professionals are on the rise:

That's the Health and Social Care Minister who was questioned in the House of Keys yesterday.

Changes in the referral process and the configuration of the team responsible for the Mental Health Service are being blamed for the delays.

However Howard Quayle has insisted things will improve:
