A total of 40 babies were born on the Island in August, and it was a perfect fifty-fifty split between girls and boys.
The lightest baby was 2.6kg, and the heaviest 4.1kg.
At the Jane Crookall Maternity Unit 688 antenatal and postnatal assessments were carried out during last month.
Nine of the births were spontaneous, 19 of them induced, and there was one pre-term birth.
