An Island resident is coming back from holiday with a unique souvenir - after adopting an injured street cat.
Angela Atherton of St Johns was on holiday in Marrakech when she spotted the kitten, which had a broken jaw.
After taking pity on the tiny feline, she paid for it to have treatment at a vet and says she now hopes to give it a forever home on the Island.
On Facebook, she says it'll be a long process of getting her new friend chipped, jabbed, neutered and brought over but she couldn't walk away after seeing the kitten suffer.
